With expertise in curating wine lists and stocking over 2500 references of wines and 200 references of whiskies, I am committed to providing a memorable culinary experience for every guest. My experience at Alain Ducasse at the London, Divellec* Paris, Maison Rostang** Paris, Apicius* Paris, Cèdre Beaune* and at Relais and Châteaux Post Hotel & Spa Lake Louise, which earned the prestigious Wine Spectator's Grand Award, have honed my skills in food and beverage service.
