About Michele Mannucci

Born in 1970, graduated in Mechanical Engineering with honors at the University of Pisa. Specialized in Energy Engineering. After having completed my studies I served as an officer in the Italian Navy, and I worked at the Italian Naval Academy as assistant professor in the course of thermodynamics applied to marine machinery for the last year’s university course in Naval Engineering of the officer cadets. In 1998 I started working in my family’s business company, Termisol Termica, an Italian leading company in the field of industrial insulation, scaffolding, corrosion protection and passive fireproofing systems, focused on the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical sector. I started as Project Manager and I soon assumed the role of Technical Director. On 2019 I assumed the role of General Manager. On 2009 I’ve been elected as board member of ANICTA (Italian Federation of Industrial Insulation ) and on 2015 I’ve been elected as Vice President of ANICTA. I held this position up to 2019. On 2009 I’ve been appointed by ANICTA as member of FESI ), the European Federation of Associations of Industrial Insulation Contractors, working in its Thermal Technical Committee. On 2015 I’ve been elected by the FESI members as Chairman of the Thermal Technical Committee and as Vice President of FESI and I held this position up to 2019. On 2009 Termisol Termica contributed as Founding Partner to the establishment of EiiF ), the European Foundation for Industrial Insulation, and I assumed the role of Board Member of EiiF. I’m currently the Vice President of EiiF.
