Human Beings, much like our brains at times can be a little crazy, and that is something that truly fascinates me. The uniqueness of each of us is what sets us apart from others - I love that. As I navigate and explore the world, I learn and grow, constantly reveling in this uniqueness of everyone I meet, I enjoy seeing the many layers of one's personality unfold. I find people intrinsically seek joy, which connects people more powerfully than almost any other human experience. For myself - I will always be the one that tries to see the glass as half full, finds the silver lining and seeks the positive in every person or situation. The connective power of joy is clearly visible when a team performs at an awe-inspiring level, every player, every fan — experiences a brimming ecstasy that lifts the team even further. I appreciate seeing others success spark joy in them. Passionate about being a part of guiding others to success and living their best life, I draw from my toolkit of life experiences, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Simply being there for others with compassion, kindness, an open mind and heart is my mission. With a solid foundation established thru authenticity, genuineness, and a personal, professional relationship with people that's built on trust and mutual respect, I confidently take a holistic approach to everything I tackle. There's always a solution! I am well-known as a professional, motivating, and respectful Team Player and Leader, with an Entrepreneurial style and over 20 years of management experience working in structured environments such as; Human Resources, Financial, Non-Profit, and Government Industries. I passionately believe that the core foundation of helping people is to do so with integrity and sincerity, this is what I find is the most rewarding and fulfilling way to live my life. Strong leadership, comprehensive communication, and presentation skills highlight my ability to consume information, analyze it and devise an appropriate response. My career path has been exceptionally valuable in enhancing my inclusive Human Resources, budget planning, analytical, strategic, and tactical skills, and the ability to both create and execute ideas. Summer of 2016 brought me to Kelowna - married with 3 children and a growing number of grandchildren. I love simply "being", feeling, and living life every day, deeply appreciating the opportunity to be actively involved within the community and helping to support the charities and events that are close to my heart.
