Graduated at Politecnico di Torino, I have always believed that the main professional qualities are perseverance, determination and creativity, with a good dose of adaptability. During my experience at TU Berlin as part of the Erasmus + program, I developed an extension for simulation of offshore floating wind turbines within the QBlade software creating a six degrees of freedom floating platform in irregular waves, communicating through a dynamic link library with the main software. The modeling, the development of the extension and the simulation of an exemplary system (NREL 5MW on the Fincantieri Seaflower floating platform) were the subject of my master's thesis "Integration of a 6DOF floating platform model in QBlade".
