Pay attention to what users do, not what they say” Jakob Nielsen I am a senior creative shaping and conceptualising across key areas of design - delivering with an unwavering commitment to UX (user experience). I have developed my career from the ground up across the education and corporate sectors – initially as a designer, before progressing through into education and teaching, and more recently into corporate marketing in the role of senior creative and lead designer. During this time, I have led user-centric initiatives with a focus on quality outcomes. Although my experience spans multiple organisations and sectors - they all have the unifying element of achieving results – from conception to completion. I am driven to achieve relationships which are positive, collaborative and productive. My core focus areas include: Design Expertise: Strengths across brand, campaign, event, publishing, 3D installation, signage/way-finding, UX (user experience) and information design. This includes print, digital, large format, signage and 3-dimensional. Team Leadership: Work allocation, performance management, coaching and mentoring team members in design and marketing. Project Management - Planning, scheduling and coordinating project delivery with a focus on engaged relationships. Committed to ongoing development, I hold a Bachelor of Graphic Design, University of Canberra and am a member of AGDA [Australian Graphic Design Association].
