About Michelle Donovan

A tourism professional proudly representing Cork and Ireland. An experienced Event Manager with strong administrative skills, enhanced by a knowledge base of sales, marketing and revenue management. My current and previous roles rely on the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with people. I can appreciate and empathise with the needs of both the business and the customer which has allowed me to excel at my role. I am a diligent administrator, adept at preparing tenders and proposals, contracts, invoices and internal reports including financial reports. Experienced in administrative practices such as presenting and chairing meetings and establishing SOP’s to better manage work practices and reach business objectives. I have experience working with Microsoft Office and many other industry specific software packages. My role entails overseeing several different duties simultaneously, and so requires that I demonstrate an ability to adapt to arising situations, manage time and prioritise tasks. A high level of organisation with attention to detail is the core of my professional conduct. Having gained my experience and built my career in some of the most prestigious hospitality establishments in Cork, I have an aspiration to deliver exceptional experiences.
