Michelle Poole is an experienced Executive Assistant and has held numerous, senior administrative and business coordination roles in both public and private sector corporations such as BMW Group, Goulburn Murray Water, Hudson Recruitment and Aywon International. Michelle's most recent full time role was as an Executive Assistant with NVIRP (now known as Goulburn Murray Water Connections Project)- which is a $2 billion dollar project to upgrade the irrigation infrastructure in northern Victoria. Michelle is very organised and brings a strong attention to detail and has enjoyed her 20 years experience in administration work. Michelle thrives on keeping executives organised and providing business support for a larger team. She has often been described as the stable influence in teams she has supported. Michelle's roles have often required the handling of sensitive information and she always deals with her work in an efficient, confidential and professional manner. Michelle has a strong work ethic and thrives in a busy environment bringing a high level of integrity and professionalism to her work. Creativity and innovation are strengths of Michelle's and she works well with deadlines. After Michelle had two periods of maternity leave she has enjoyed re-entering the workforce in a part-time capacity.
