About Michelle Reece

I have work in the retail industry for 20 years, I am a highly experienced professional and pride myself on my ability to not only motivate myself but those around me too. My key strengths include being a great listener and communicator. I am a very caring person and will go above and beyond to help those around me. I have a non-judgmental attitude and like to treat everyone how I would like to be treated myself. I also pride myself on my motivational and organizational skills. At the end of 2017 I took a stepdown from my management role to focus my attention on my family, in particular my son as he was diagnosed with Leukemia. During these 2 years I have dealt with one of the hardiest things a parent should have to go through. This experience has shown me that I had strength that I did not know I had. My son is healthy now and I have a new outlook on life. I am look forward to furthering my career and looking for new challenges and a new beginning.
