Michiaki Lee is a "Learning Experience Designer & Facilitator" based in Japan. He delivers management consulting and talent development solutions - encompassing assessment, training, and coaching - to major multinational companies, such as Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, GE Healthcare, Philips, Boeing, Pfizer, AIG, Oracle, MetLife, Novartis, Roche Group, UBS, ThyssenKrupp, BNP Paribas, AbbVie, adidas, ByteDance, Audi, Honda, NTT, Denso, and Toyota Tsusho. Additionally, he has collaborated with public sector organizations, including the Supreme Court of Japan and the U.S. Navy & Army. As a trainer and facilitator, he has led training programs across a broad spectrum of topics, including Leadership, Cross-Cultural Management, Strategic Planning, Strategic Sales, Total Customer Focus, Basic Finance, and Data Analysis. He is also a certified trainer for several of the "Global Top 20 Training Companies," including Linkage, AMA, Cegos, Imparta, and Baker Communications. Previously he has worked for/with PwC, A.T. Kearney, and other global consulting firms in Japan. As a strategy consultant, he has spearheaded projects in strategy development, business process re-engineering, and human resource management. He also has a background as a professional actor, having been trained by Nippon Television Group, part of Japan's largest media conglomerate. He integrates acting techniques into his training, particularly in areas such as executive presentations, digital communication, and storytelling.
