I’ve worked across multi-site environments, coached leaders through tough transitions, and handled everything from grievances to TUPE transfers with confidence and clarity. I know your policies and employment law like the back of my hand, but I also know how to read the room, build trust fast, and have the kind of difficult conversations others avoid. Whether I’m leading organisational redesigns or rolling up my sleeves to support a manager through a challenging performance issue, I’m all in, asking the right questions, keeping communication tight, and always focused on outcomes that drive culture and results.
