As a Senior Advisor, Project/Program Management at Dell Technologies, I manage complex and high-value IT projects for customers across geographies. With around 9 years of project and program management experience, I have successfully delivered large-scale solutions for BFSI, enterprise and government entities, improving stakeholder satisfaction and project delivery efficiency. Projects delivered include Cybersecurity and Cyber recovery solutions, IT hardware and software deployments, Migrations, Data Centre builds, IMS setup and more. I also manage Programs to drive and deliver organisational objectives through results, innovation, process enhancements and constant program reporting and executive presentations. I train and mentor Project Managers on new tools, process and project management to help them thrive and succeed. As a Project Team Lead, I manage team’s operational and compliance metrics, drive financial forecast and revenue recognition, track and monitor risk and issues, handle escalations, improve overall customer experience and undertake audits, including internal and ISO ones.
