About Miguel David

I work in the beautiful, chaotic world of NGOs, where big dreams meet small budgets. My role? I help organisations make the most of what they’ve got. With hands-on experience in fundraising, partnerships, communications, and events (often all at once), I’ve come to realise that the humanitarian funding system is long overdue for an update. That’s why I built something new: a space where NGOs can access real, down-to-earth capacity-building support in fundraising, communication, and strategy - all through a specialised team, without burning through their budgets on overhead costs. No magic formulas. Just honest, practical help to build the systems that help organisations get seen, get funded, and stay connected. I believe in a modern approach where humanitarian staff (especially young officers) have a fair chance at accessing jobs, not burnouts. Where even small, community-based organisations don’t have to choose between running projects and having a team. And above all, I believe in making the world a better place through hands-on cooperation, empathy and information.
