I am a Senior Scientific Manager in the Biotechnology department and the Biomanufacturing team at Novo Nordisk Foundation, where my role includes programme management, strategic stakeholder relations and supporting NNF initiatives in the area of biomanufaturing. I have a background in protein science, particularly in enzyme optimization by protein engineering methods, for application in Industrial Biotechnology (Novozymes and Chr. Hansen). My technical expertise has been supplemented by Project Management experience in different projects since 2013. My past work has resulted in >50 patent applications and academic publications and, most important, 6 commercial products used in Baking, Biofuels and Detergents. I see myself as having a results-driven and critical personality, setting clear goals and coming through to reach them, together with my project teams, using creative and non-obvious solutions.
