About Mike Fox

Built a healthy six-figure business but still pulling 10-hour days? That’s the badge nobody brags about. I’m Mike, creator of Lone Wolf Unleashed—the weekly email and 15-minute podcast for solopreneurs who want their afternoons back without giving up a dollar or hiring staff they’ll end up resenting. What I deliver Lean workflows. Strip admin to the bone so your revenue work comes first and finishes fast. Light-touch automation. Simple tech and AI prompts that take one coffee to set up and zero staff to babysit. Reality filters. Straight talk on tools, no Kool-Aid, no jargon, no bloat. If it doesn’t earn or save you hours, it’s dead to me. Who it’s for Solo operators in their 40s who: Like their income exactly where it is (or higher). Hate the idea of managing people more than they hate paperwork. Are curious about AI but allergic to hype. Want to clock off by 3 pm while the cash keeps flowing. Results in plain numbers Client cut weekly hours from 60 to 35 with no revenue dip. Friday knock-off moved from 5 pm to 1 pm inside four weeks. How to join the pack 1. Grab the newsletter.
