At The Shopworks, I’ve been focused on increasing profitability and improving efficiency for our clients. In my role, this means I need to embrace my planning, organising, leadership skills, developing the B2B client relationships via sales or client meetings, training, product feedback, all within a SaaS environment. In my time here, we have grown from 2 customers from within the Betting Industry using our platform, to over 60 clients from Retail, Leisure, Fulfilment, Call Centres, Care Homes, Hospitality, Higher Education verticals. I spent 15 years building a solid track record in the Betting Industry, focusing on what really matters—delivering results that make a difference – before moving to The ShopWorks, as a Business Development Manager, in 2011. Whether it’s managing front-line operations or leading teams in SaaS environments, my approach is about keeping things organized, staying flexible, and always pushing for success.
