My purpose is to raise self-awareness in the world to help as many people as possible achieve their potential. I accomplish this in multiple ways: 1)"Coach Your Self Up"(CYSU)- Self-Coaching Skills for Success – Training Program and Book (available on Amazon - see link below) CYSU teaches individuals self-coaching skills to help them identify and shift self-limiting behaviors and thought patterns. Steeped in self-awareness building, this program aligns with my philosophy that personal development IS career development. Coaches ask their clients challenging questions. In CYSU, participants learn to ask themselves challenging questions. All in service of tapping more fully into their potential both at work and more broadly in life. I have a tremendous amount of passion around the impact this program can make inside organizations by fostering self-awareness development below the management level. In addition to in-person delivery, I’ve partnered with an eLearning company to create a best-in-class online version of this program. This allows organizations to make CYSU available to employees around the globe. We offer both instructor-led cohort experiences as well as an asynch program that allows individuals to access the content when they want and to work the program at their own pace. Through heightened self-awareness, my clients identify and break through self-imposed barriers, fostering a shift in their leadership style. My engagements often emphasize communication skills, emotional intelligence, and taking on more of a coaching approach to leadership. While the focus of executive coaching is on job performance, my clients often experience benefits in other aspects of their lives as well. My clients typically range from Managers to VPs.
