My background: With a background in organisational psychology and over 15 years of experience as a successful leader, consultant and designer, I draw on the insight I've gained within innovative global organisations and smaller founder led businesses across diverse industries like finance, media, retail, and film production. I don't just bring the traditional people experience skillset to the table.
