About Mike Tixier

I hold a master's degree in HR and CSR (corporate social responsibility) from IAE of PARIS (Panthéon Sorbonne) in apprenticeship. Furthermore, I followed various specialization modules in French labour law throughout my higher education as well.>: I have more than 10 years of experience in the HR Field (HR generalist, Industrial relations, HR development) and almost as much time as a Manager.>: As a Manager, my two main goals are the team’s progress and its well-being. My leadership style is focused on people, as i fundamentally believe in empowering and enabling people and teams to independently deliver results through positive encouragement and coaching.>: I speak English as an independent user (August 2025: B2 level according to the CECRL standard and 3,5/5 on a bright English practice test) Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with demonstrated expertise in french labour law, payroll and, above all, in the organizational transformation in complicated contexts (deal with unions, manage strikes, interact in hard social climate, etc.). Challenges and responsibilities motivate me. i'm curious and continuously seek innovative and sustainable change in my work.
