On a mission to spread positivity in the workplace and Create happy people! I am a CEO Peer board chair. We meet monthly to work ON our businesses. I am carefully building a group of peers who are scaling their business reducing uncertainty and accelerating growth. I love supporting people who want to work on themselves, people who wake up one morning and decide to make some changes and improvements in their lives, who want to be brave and learn and grow. An executive coach and trainer as well as a transformational private coach It is my mission to support individuals to feel proud of what bold and exciting changes they have achieved for themselves at work and in their lives. Having trained at an advanced level as a transformational coach my focus is on personal development for deep, and long term change. My passion is to help people find clarity of purpose and work with excitement towards their goals. I worked as a commercial consultant, delivering change management and commercial support through my consulting business since 2005 for over 15 well known blue chip clients. I regularly complete in ultra-marathons, some of which have been 100 miles or over 24 hours non-stop. I have completed over 30 triathlons with a few podium finishes. I am father to three children who are 7,9,12 years old. I have been married to Emma for 19 years. Our 7 year old Ozzie spent much of the first months of his life in intensive care and has a number of ongoing medical conditions which have led to many challenges to overcome for the family. The family have drawn on this negative experience and adapted and taken strength and personal growth from it.
