I am passionate about working with Executive Leaders to create sustainable, performance focussed cultures which have people at the heart. I have in depth experience in aligning business and people strategies in order to deliver stronger business performance. I have delivered leadership development programmes, facilitated learning strategies and coached and advised senior leaders from a wide range of education and industrial sectors. I have extensive experience in working with Senior Leaders both in the UK, wider Europe, Asia and USA. I am an experienced straight talking Executive Coach, highly experienced and credible at a senior level.
