About Mimo Haile-Smith

I help mission-driven companies and creative organizations design inclusive, high-impact strategies that strengthen culture, community, and business performance — without falling into performative or one-size-fits-all solutions. With over a decade of experience spanning tech, media, and global development, I’ve managed multi-million-dollar investments and built programs that blend purpose with performance. From leading Google Play’s global inclusion partnerships to shaping Cisco’s $50M workforce reintegration initiative, I specialize in aligning social impact & DEI strategy to measurable outcomes. I believe that belonging isn’t a program — it’s a system. My work centers on helping teams build that system through strategic alignment, social impact integration, inclusive learning design, and cross-functional collaboration. By connecting purpose with measurable impact, I help organizations design strategies that advance equity internally while creating positive change externally. The result? Cultures and communities that are not only diverse and equitable, but also deeply innovative, resilient, and socially responsible. My signature strengths: Strategic foresight | Inclusive leadership | Program design | Partnership development | Data-driven decision-making | Storytelling for impact Let’s connect if you’re building the next generation of purpose-driven work — where equity, creativity, and innovation thrive together.
