I am working as a technical support officer providing level 1 and level 2 support to the clients and staff members. I am constantly performing troubleshooting on client devices and the company's supplied devices and equipment, both in-person and via phone/email. Undertake second line troubleshooting on the client or host devices and the company's supplied devices and equipment, via phone/email/videoconference options across multiple communities. Also, I travel the client’s homes and using my digital technology savviness to set-up and troubleshoot the supplied technologies for them. Besides, I am actively solving any technical problem, that client faced and resolving the incident as quickly as possible. I have experience using a different type of software and operating system also, I am Microsoft 365 Certified. I am Information and Communications Technology recent Graduate with extensive academic and practical experience in network technologies and security, project development, programming, leadership, and hospitality. My experience includes delivering innovative ICT projects such as increasing security in wearable devices and application development to integrate Medicare with prescription services for patients. I would like to utilise my knowledge of Network skills and help desk skills in this role.
