Mindy Patterson is President and Co-Founder of The Cavalry Group, LLC, a national member-based company and leader in advocating for and defending the constitutional and private property rights of law-abiding animal owners and animal-related businesses. The Cavalry Group represents a diverse range of members, including farmers, ranchers, pet breeders, and other animal-based businesses which are integral to America’s agricultural, animal husbandry, and agritourism heritage all of which we work to protect against the onslaught of anti-animal use legislation at the local, state, and federal levels. Mindy’s firm, The Cavalry Group, is engaged on multiple fronts to protect its members and their animal related businesses including the deterring of unwarranted search and seizure and ensuring due process as outlined in the Constitution. Mindy and her team successfully passed state legislation that Mindy helped write to protect lawful animal enterprise and agri-tourism from being legislatively banned by animal rights extremist groups. The Cavalry Group’s ‘Working Animal Protection Act’ passed and has been signed into law in the states of Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas so far.
