About Mindy Phillips

As co-founder and senior executive at Denver's Blue Moon Digital (now MERGE), I had the opportunity to help grow a startup into a multi-million dollar agency, partnering with iconic brands like The North Face and Crocs. I led Client Services and Operations, and post-acquisition, guided integration efforts with MERGE. Today, I bring business acumen, good instincts and experience to my work as a Vistage Chair, executive coach, and small business advisor. I’m passionate about helping business leaders grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose—tailoring support to their unique challenges and goals. I love small businesses and the slightly crazy, visionary people who run them. I’m especially driven to support women, minority-owned businesses, and LGBTQIA+ leaders. I believe diverse voices are essential to building strong, sustainable, and innovative companies. A lifelong Coloradoan, I value balance—whether it’s on the slopes or spending time with family.
