I am a highly motivated and data-focused school counselor with a Master’s degree in School Counseling. With a track record of initiative, dependability, collaboration, and management, I have devised strategic initiatives in maintaining a data-driven school counseling program. Throughout the course of my career, I have perfected my workplace adaptability and interpersonal communication abilities. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency. I also have experience in creating and implementing effective lesson plans for students K-12 in a variety of settings while collaborating with students, teachers, school staff, and parents. I contribute interpersonal, organization, and communication toward team efforts and school improvements for the benefit of the students. I am progressive minded and in tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong time-management talents. In the workplace I value flexibility, helping others, making an impact, influencing others, and fulfilling a variety of roles simultaneously. I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions which allow me to coordinate activities to achieve common goals.
