Miranda is a Senior Manager in EY’s Business Consulting practice focusing on performance improvement and transformation in the public sector. Recently her focus has been on driving complex, large scale transformation initiatives across public sector organisations, putting people at the centre of design and implementation. This has included operating model design using a co-design approach and system blueprint design. She has a passion for working with social sector organisations to drive change that has a direct impact on people’s lives.
