About Mirela Buciu

Bridges at Sea | Psychology-Anchored Leadership | Co-Creating Crew ExcellencePassionate about unleashing human potential, amplifying it and sustaining it - while focusing on measurable success and authentic leadership. I guide maritime and logistics teams to grow from the inside out - through authenticity, psychological safety, and deep human connection. With a background as a clinical psychologist, certified trainer, and marine HR leader, I bring a rare fusion of empathy and structure to every challenge I meet, whether on ship decks or in strategy rooms.Over the past 10+ years, I’ve helped shape people culture across Eastern Europe, with a commitment to value-based leadership, career transformation, and ethical impact. I don’t believe culture is top-down, I believe it’s co-created, through courage, dialogue, and shared purpose.I find joy in understanding what motivates people and guiding them toward growth and fulfillment. I value ethical leadership, human-centered strategy, and creativity grounded in impact. From shipboard to strategy board, my work is about building Bridges at Sea - across generations, departments, and sometimes even personal mindsets. I believe culture is not a program - it’s a feeling. I shape spaces where people feel safe to speak up, challenge the status quo, and build purpose-driven careers.
