Inclusion amplifies excellence, and when done well, inclusion benefits everyone. Hi, I'm the founder of LGBTQ Inclusion Training and a global thought leader on effective SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) inclusion. I help leaders, communities, and service providers create safe, welcoming, and inclusive environments for all. I deliver uplifting and actionable keynotes and training programs on sensitivity, compassion, allyship, and excellence in 2S/LGBTQ+ inclusion. Sometimes people frame 2S/LGBTQ+ inclusion as the problem, but it's actually the conflict around it that needs to be worked on. We all do better when teams gel. Imagine building a beautiful puzzle and leaving some pieces out, it just doesn't work. Meaningful inclusion comes from awareness, compassion, incremental improvements and real-life communication strategies.
