With more than 16 of experience in analytical R&D, I currently serve as Principal Scientist at Neuland Laboratories, leading efforts in advanced characterization techniques for CDMO/GDS platforms. My mission is to deliver method development excellence and regulatory-compliant solutions by leveraging expertise in NMR, LCMS, and solid-state analytics. I am driven by a commitment to fostering collaborative innovation, mentoring future scientists, and ensuring analytical readiness to support global pharmaceutical advancements. At Neuland, I oversee NMR and solid-state characterization, enabling the identification of unknown impurities and the development of novel processes like QNMR-based purity estimation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I contribute to RFP evaluations and maintain audit readiness while mentoring junior scientists. My leadership ensures that analytical outputs align with the highest industry and regulatory standards.
