WHAT I DO: I help attorneys and law firms looking to streamline their business, increase revenue, reduce crazy long work hours, eliminate stress, and achieve Work-Life Balance.WHY IT WORKS: We work on Analysis, Goal Setting, Implementation. Many (most?) lawyers have never really analyzed themselves, or their business. They’re simply not trained to do that type of analysis. I have the training. And, as a neutral third person, I can sometimes be more objective than the client.(Sound familiar, lawyers?) Once we perform the analysis together, we formulate a goal. Not just any goal, but a smart goal. A goal that is specific, measurable, aligned with your values, realistic, and time-bound. To achieve that goal, you CANNOT be spending every minute of your working day practicing law, and/or taking care of administrative tasks such as personnel, marketing, etc. You MUST create the space to become the visionary, the entrepreneur, the leader.
