Now, here's a surprising twist: I used to work as a travel agent and assistant/store manager at Flight Centre. I know, it's quite the transition from globetrotting to career development. However, versatility is my middle name! I successfully coached employees to achieve sales success by combining kindness, incentives, and recognition. Trust me, I can also provide expert recommendations for the perfect travel destinations while skillfully engaging in open-ended conversations. Oh, and in terms of education, I hold a Career Development Practitioner Certificate from George Brown College, a Human Resources Management Post-Graduate Certificate from Seneca College, and a Marketing Administration Diploma from the same institution. I've been fortunate enough to collect these degrees and certificates along my journey, much like Pokémon cards.
