About Veronica Budelecan

Empowering Women in Tech to Thrive in the Workforce As an experienced Employment Consultant, I specialize in supporting women pursuing careers in IT, Technology, and Cybersecurity. I bring a client-centred approach to career development—identifying employment barriers, enhancing job readiness, and crafting tailored job search strategies that lead to meaningful opportunities. To date, I’ve successfully delivered 19 cohorts of 9-week employment programs, each supporting 20–24 clients, providing guidance, resources, and individualized support that help clients navigate the competitive tech job market with confidence. I’ve conducted hundreds of résumé critiques, mock interviews, and interview preparation sessions, equipping women in tech with the tools they need to make a strong impression and land the right roles. Whether working with skilled newcomers, emerging professionals, or industry mentors, I’m committed to building strong, collaborative relationships that support long-term career success. I leverage a deep understanding of employability dimensions and make thoughtful, strategic referrals to help clients connect with the right opportunities. Driven by a passion for equity and innovation, I strive to ensure every woman in tech I work with feels seen, supported, and equipped to reach her goals.
