I began my career in Audit, hospitality, packaging, and over time, transitioned into high-impact roles across Pharmaceuticals, MedTech and seed technology -each move sharpening my commercial acumen and leadership edge Today, I specialize in Finance Business Partnering and Transformation. At Johnson & Johnson, I led the design and implementation of regional FP & A processes across ASPAC and the US, improving income and cash flow forecast accuracy by 500 bps, driving system-wide adoption of SAP4Hana Anaplan, SAP Analytics, and master data management. I’ve steered $50M integration projects, managed innovation portfolios worth $9B, and enabled global pipeline valuation using Planisware and Optimus. My methodology? Clarity + Collaboration + Control.
