Private equity & infrastructure investment professional with track record of building and scaling platforms from inception to $100m+ scale and optimizing them with PE-style value creation initiatives — across North America, the UK, and the GCC. I’ve executed $15bn+ of transactions, including buyouts, carve-outs, PIPEs, JVs, and large-scale financings. At RBC IB and PSP Private Equity, I closed deals in North America and the UK, including the Advisor Group carve-out from AIG and a PIPE in the $4bn Virtu/KCG merger. I then built and scaled Goodfood’s Western Canada platform from inception to $100m+ revenue, with full ownership of strategy, P&L, and growth across all functions. Most recently at NEOM, I executed major infrastructure investments and platform JVs, including a $10bn logistics joint venture with DSV.
