Earls was founded in 1982 and is striving to become the “The Most loved and Best Run restaurant in North America”. Earls is dedicated to giving each partner the tools to be successful and encourage personal growth both inside and outside of work. Earls has well over 50 restaurants located in Toronto, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Washington, Colorado and Miami. Our Kitchen is a great place to grow your career as a chef. We often hire partners with little to no experience in a kitchen and put them through a rigorous training program to get them to that next level as a chef and as a leader. If you are committed to growing we are committed to helping you. Earls flies our chefs from across the country to personally train our partners during openings. Our chefs are trained through the Earls training program.
