I am a native Business English Language Consultant and Trainer (speaking native British English and fluent Danish), who has had considerable experience within adult, further-education training, both within the private and public sectors. Due to a past career within the electronics industry (Semiconductors) and working within Sales and Customer Service, this has given me an outstanding and innovative knowledge as to what the client requires, in regards to their daily use of oral and written communication in international Business English. I am adept at creating a wide range of courses for both individuals and groups, throughout a company, from top management to the production floor. I am passionate in regards to my work and my clients, and endeavour to give the necessary language training in relation to the individual’s position and areas of responsibilities. I am a supplier to Novo Nordisk and other companies, mostly training their Lab. Technicians and Health & Safety Reps. as well as Production. I am a dependable, flexible, supportive, outgoing and dedicated trainer, with a great sense of humour and excellent people and interpersonal skills. Customer service and satisfaction are my highest priority.
