About Mollie Cameron

As a Development Coordinator at San Diego State University, I support the fundraising and donor relations efforts for the Student Affairs and Campus Diversity team. I also assist with the planning and execution of donor cultivation and stewardship activities, such as receptions, tours, and recognition programs. I have a strong background in development and marketing, having worked for Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times for over two years. There, I developed and implemented strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and support for the camp's mission of providing free, medically supervised programs for children with cancer and their families. I coordinated media relations, produced and distributed content, and cultivated relationships with donors, partners, and volunteers. I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and families facing cancer, and I have the skills and competencies to communicate effectively, creatively, and compassionately with our diverse and inclusive community. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and from Chapman University, where I graduated in 2019.
