I’m a program development and clinical application specialist who has built a successful 28-year career on a simple guiding principle: understanding what customers want. By gaining a deep understanding of client needs, I’ve been able to identify and fill product gaps, while constantly generating new ideas for growing market share, improving the customer experience, and driving continuous growth. Today, as the Program Development Manager for LINET Americas, I lead planning, development, and execution of clinical solutions for all LINET products, throughout the whole product lifecycle. My whole career, I’ve loved working with people and for people, making collaboration one of the best parts of my job. To ensure client goals are met and revenue targets are surpassed, I invest as time as I can into working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, product management, and clinical specialists during program and product development. I also serve as the product expert who develops and delivers comprehensive new product training programs, new hire onboarding training, and refresher courses to empower all employees.
