I'm a passionate and people-focused HR professional with experienced gained in recruitment and not-for-profit industries. I have the full spectrum of human resources experience, particularly in employee relations, leadership development, change management, policy design, coaching and capability uplift. Career highlights so far include: Working closely with Employee Relations Specialist, Trade Unions and Allied Health Professional employees to negotiate an updated Enterprise Agreement. Driving culture transformation to align with organisational vision and values, implementing the Barrett Values Centre Cultural Assessment Model as an accredited facilitator. Creating value-add policies and processes to improve frontline operations.
