I specialize in HR operations, policy implementation, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring organizations are equipped to support their teams sustainably.As a Senior Project Associate at Meso Solutions, I independently led business and people operations, working directly under the President as the sole person in my department. I developed company policies, supported executive-level searches, and led firm-wide operational projects, including company retreats focused on team engagement and professional development. My experience also includes employment law intake, community engagement, and stakeholder collaboration across various sectors.Currently, as an Orange County Fellow with New Leaders Council, I am expanding my expertise in leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and economic empowerment. Committed to HR, operations, and social impact, I plan to pursue an HR certification and an MPA to further advance workplace equity and sustainable organizational growth.
