About Monique Sanchez

I was once a student who was unsure on my future until I observed on how I have been a confidante to most of my friends. That was when I was curious about the colors of the human resources world – where you can be for the management, or you can be for the people. We know that we are here for the latter. I started this role when I was an intern in the Recruitment Department. Until they decided to keep me for good. Oh, how I loved the feeling of my first hire! I hired good and talented people. I even hired the ones who doubted themselves and learned that they became the top performers in their team. I was around 3 years in that department until I found my love for Employee Relations; informing, educating and disciplining employees. I continued and ignited this passion until I was promoted thrice in a span of 4 years. I got to handle my own team in a bittersweet but memorable ride. Fast forward, I decided to leave the role to pursue my studies. Currently, I am on my last term taking Diploma in Management, not only for the business but for the people as well. Oh, on my free times, I love to travel, spend time with family and friends and visit coffee shops!
