About Morgan Callaghan

At the Scottish Government, I am part of a team of policy experts who develop and implement policies on sexual health and blood borne viruses (BBV). I have a BA in Politics and International Relations with Social Policy from the University of Strathclyde, where I gained a keen interest in welfare policy and provisions. I also have experience in customer service and case management at Social Security Scotland, where I supported clients with their benefits and entitlements applications and appeals. I am a committed, self-motivated, and adaptable individual who values collaboration, innovation, and social justice. My goal is to further develop my skills and knowledge in policy making and evaluation.
