About Morgan Cohen

With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management and leadership, I am a people leader and strategist who drives organizational effectiveness and growth. I have a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Public Administration, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. As the Director of People at Ed Farm, I lead the team across two organizations in crafting and executing thoughtful strategies and programs across the administration and talent spaces, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations. I ensure that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are embedded in all aspects of Ed Farm's work and culture, and that we create an engaging and equitable experience for our employees. I also engage with employees at all levels to support their professional growth and development, and to align their goals with the mission and vision of Ed Farm and Propel. I am passionate about empowering people and communities through education and innovation, and I am proud to be part of Ed Farm's impact.
