My professional journey has been rooted in the profound commitment to family building. Over the course of my career, I have honed my expertise while serving on multiple mother/baby units, each offering distinct practices and protocols. This diversity has cultivated my adaptability, enabling me to seamlessly transition between floors and quickly acclimate to varying routines. After dedicating five years to the hospital setting, I made a pivotal decision to shift my focus from bedside care to nurturing deeper connections with growing families. My transformation into a postpartum doula allowed me to provide invaluable one-on-one support to parents and their newborns during the critical phase of adjusting to their new life. This transition involved intensive education, enabling me to offer even more comprehensive guidance and support to new parents, leading to a heightened sense of personal fulfillment. Not content with my dual role in healthcare and doula work, I embarked on a unique journey as a gestational surrogate. Operating independently, I collaborated closely with intended parents to ensure that all legal and ethical aspects of the process were meticulously observed. This experience ignited my passion for contributing to the broader surrogacy community, offering my support to individuals and couples seeking diverse avenues to create their own families.
