About Morgan King

Hello! My name is Morgan King and the boring stuff about me is that I have my Master’s in Business Administration with a primary concentration on Organizational Design and Strategy, have my Knowledge Manager Certification, and am a dedicated worker. The slightly more fun stuff about me is that I have a passion for people and operations, whatever I do I always want to make things better for people and the organization I work for. I love music and have an extraordinary ability to be flexible when necessary but also challenge appropriately regardless of who I’m talking to – we are all part of the same company, so we are all part of the same team. I have built teams from scratch, improved efficiencies, and have maintained one of the highest levels of engaged team members in the current company I work for. I love building connections and am often a confidante for team members even outside of my direct team. I thrive in fast-paced environments with leadership that cares about the employees. I want to help organizations work better and improve to ensure long-term success.
