About Morgan Lee

My time as a student in the Human Resources Development department has allowed me to take many courses that would allow me to bring helpful knowledge and skills to your company. I have taken classes such as Conflict Management, Diversity in Organizations, and Business Information System Concepts. The knowledge I have received from my time at Texas A&M University has been essential to my growth as a student, and future Human Resources employee. While working at Bahama Bucks, I gained valuable skills of team management, as well as communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. My willingness to learn any new skills and manage my peers allowed me to become a manager within the first year of my employment at Bahama Buck’s. Through this opportunity I have gained knowledge that I feel would be very valuable within your company. On top of my management experience, I have recently started a part-time student position within the Texas A&M Transportation Institution, where I am in charge of answering phone calls, file paper work, and participate in various projects. Through this opportunity, I have been able to not only work within a Human Resources department, but also get hands-on experience within the field.
