I'm passionate about equity and relentless for social good and big results. People connector. Problem solver. Master juggler. Strategic oriented leader driven first and foremost by the drive to help people find their "ah-ha" moment; the solution to the problem they didn't know they had or that they struggled to define. You can find me working directly with key stakeholders and mission-aligned partners to identify needs, options and solutions, designing and implementing cross-functional assets and strategies, doing a deep dive into data sets to increase ease of use and understanding, and working in partnership with colleagues at all levels to drive mission critical work forward. I believe in people-first working environments, and deeply understand that results move at the speed of relationships. I energize and motivate those around me and ground in empathy, equity and justice as a foundation for good work. Optimizing systems and processes to capitalize on the strengths of my team is my jam. I've worked across several sectors including; workforce and post-secondary education, TK-12 education, non-profit and healthcare. Need to find me?
