About Moritz Lehr

I‘m a seasoned game developer with a decade of experience in design, narrative, management and public speaking. I moved from small indie studios to major productions (Cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher), where I had the pleasure to work with some of the best talents in the industry. I’m grateful to have designed and implemented content enjoyed by millions of players. And for the opportunity to build a team of quest designers that combine narrative and technical excellence as recruitment liason and coordinator. Passing my knowledge to a new generation, I give lectures drawing from my broad practical experience and academic background. My specialization is in quest design, sci-fi world building, interactive moral storytelling, alternate endings for branching narratives, mental mechanics and the cross polination between video games and ttrpg.
