Skilled in the financial and technical analysis of sizing Combined Heat and Power plants, and other critical infrastructure projects to provide maximum value to end use customers. Demonstrated track record of negotiating design-build contracts and then assembling a team to deliver these complex projects. Strong power plant operations experience developed while operating the Burrstone Energy Center CHP Microgrid. Extensive business development professional with a Masters of Engineering focused in Electrical power engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Responsible for developing and delivering CHP projects at six hospitals of which three are Level 1 Trauma Centers. Was the Plant Manager for Burrstone Energy Microgrid for three years. Developed the automated Economic Dispatch program with the Department of Energy Pacific Northwest National Laboratory used to Operate the Plant to maximize savings for the Customers. Expanded business into the Federal Space with latest 4.6 MW CHP project at the Navy's Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC. Recently expanded into 3rd party plant operations at WPI in Worcester Mass, as well as helping to develop a decarbonization master plan that we are starting to implement.
