About Mudavath Ravi

I'm a DMPK Scientist, with the research experience of +10 years in drug discovery and development to involve in study design and conduct of pharmacokinetic studies. Actively involving in DMPK, Pre-clinical pharmacokinetics, Contributing and developing various in-vivo pharmacokinetic studies/new PK models to support CRO and IND enabling studies in drug discovery programs. Currently, I'm leading a team and as a team lead, contributing/ broadening the In vivo Pharmacokinetics, tissue distribution, mass balance and exploratory studies in rodents and dogs. Strategically planning and executing PK experimental designs to deliver high quality data/TAT with scientific inputs and troubleshooting for multiple collaborative and internal discovery programs. I'm having extensive knowledge of pre-formulation development of NCEs, new PK model optimization, DDI models, Alzet pump, Rat Ocular PK studies, DBS techniques, etc.
